Refund policy

Due to the limited availability for some of our items, all " SALE ITEMS" are considered FINAL upon receipt of payment unless it falls under fault of Styl'D Boutique.  Including bodysuits, swimwear & undergarments.

We do not provide refunds unless it falls under the fault of Styl'D Boutique. Approved Returns  are accepted within 14 days and issued in the form of store credit .An e-gift card will be issued to the email on file once your returned item is received and processed. The store credit amount is your 'sub-total' and will not include shipping costs. You then have the option to use the Gift Card to repurchase the item(s) in your desired size and/or color.

Returns that are received after 14 business days from the delivery date or do not meet our return guidelines will incur a $5 restocking fee and will be deducted from your store credit. Returned merchandise must be in the original manufacturer packaging with all tags attached and no signs or smell of wear. Items that show any sign of wear will be denied and returned back to the customer, no exceptions!

 

Shipping fees are not refundable.

Store credit can be used immediately and never expires.

 

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s). Unless the item is damaged and deemed the responsibility of Styl'D Boutique

 

We recommend using a trackable service such as USPS flat-rate shipping.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached.

Bodysuits, swimwear, and sale items will not be accepted

 

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your return once it is received.

Styl'D Boutique is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

 

CANCELLATION

Please note we do not accept cancellations after your order has been shipped. However requests to cancel an order before it ships are accepted and issued in the form of a store credit/ Gift Card Or issued back to the original payment used.
